1. Who are we?
RANDM BELGIUM LTD is a UK company (Companies House No. 16632784) with registered office at 71–75 Shelton Street, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.
Operations & logistics: we are based in Belgium and ship most orders from our Belgian stock. Depending on availability, some orders may be dispatched from an EU partner stock (e.g., Germany).

2. Products & compliance
We sell reusable vaping devices, e-liquids and accessories. Key characteristics are described with great care (photos are non-contractual).
Regulatory compliance: our products are selected to comply with the EU TPD (2014/40) and the UK TRPR. The website automatically hides products not permitted for your delivery country and enforces the local minimum legal age (usually 18) via age checks.
Minimum age & verification
Sales are strictly limited to customers who meet the legal age in the delivery country. Age verification may occur at checkout and/or upon delivery. We may refuse or cancel an order if in doubt.
Health warning (nicotine)
Some products may contain nicotine, an addictive substance. Not recommended for minors, pregnant/breastfeeding women, or vulnerable individuals. Content is not medical advice.
3. Prices, VAT & customs
- Displayed prices: in euros incl. VAT, excluding shipping.
- VAT: for EU deliveries shipped from Belgium, applicable VAT is included.
- Outside the EU (UK, Switzerland): shipments under DAP incoterm. Import duties and VAT may apply on arrival and are payable by the customer.
- The price applied is the one at the time of order confirmation.
4. Ordering
Confirming your cart online creates a distance contract. A confirmation email summarises your order. We may refuse an order in case of suspected fraud, unavailability, or non-compliance with age/local rules.
5. Accepted payments
- Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Carte Bancaire
- Wallets: PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay
- Regional: Bancontact
- Other: Bitcoin (if offered at checkout)
Your order is processed after the payment provider authorises the transaction. If the bank declines it, the order is automatically cancelled.
6. Shipping & delivery
- Dispatch time: within 24 business hours after payment (except pre-orders/out-of-stock).
- Standard fee: €6.85. Free from €60 (depending on destination, see checkout).
- Tracking: a tracking number is provided once handed to the carrier.
Countries served: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Spain, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, United Kingdom (UK), Switzerland. If a product is not permitted for your country, it is automatically hidden or unavailable to order.
Damage, address issues, unclaimed parcels
- Damaged parcel: report within 48 hours with photos/videos. Keep packaging until instructed.
- Incomplete/wrong address: if the parcel returns to us, reshipment may be arranged at the customer’s expense.
- Unclaimed: upon return, refund excluding any shipping fees, or reshipment at the customer’s expense.
7. Right of withdrawal & returns
EU consumers: you have a statutory 14-day withdrawal period after receipt, without giving any reason.
- Item condition: return new, unopened, in full original packaging.
- Excluded items: for hygiene/safety reasons, e-liquids, coils, drip tips, devices already opened/activated cannot be returned if unsealed/used.
- Return costs: borne by the customer (unless our error).
- Refund: within 14 days after receipt and inspection, to the original payment method (excluding initial shipping if not mandatory).
Process: email [email protected] with your order number, items concerned and photos (if faulty). We’ll provide the return address and next steps.
8. Guarantees & service
- Statutory conformity guarantee for consumers under EU law and local rules of the delivery country.
- DOA (Dead on Arrival): if the product is faulty on receipt, contact us within 72 hours with photos/videos.
- Manufacturer’s warranty: where applicable, the manufacturer’s specific terms apply.
Battery safety & environment
- Do not expose batteries to heat, water or shocks. Use a suitable charger.
- If swelling, overheating or leakage occurs: stop using immediately.
- Recycling: do not dispose with household waste. Use WEEE collection or local recycling points.
9. Liability
We cannot be held liable for improper use of products. The buyer certifies being of legal age and undertakes to comply with the regulations of the destination country (e.g., nicotine, flavour, volume, disposable restrictions). Where such limits apply, the buyer assumes the consequences of any non-compliance.
10. Personal data
Your data are used to process orders and provide service (payment, preparation, delivery, support). For details (access, rectification, objection), see our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law & jurisdiction
These T&Cs are governed by Belgian law. Non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Belgian courts. However, if you are a consumer, you in any event benefit from the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence and may bring proceedings before the courts of that country.
12. Retention of title
Products remain the property of RANDM BELGIUM LTD until full payment is received. Risk transfers upon handover to the carrier or to the customer, depending on the chosen delivery option.
13. Force majeure
We shall not be liable for failure or delay due to a force majeure event under applicable law (including natural disaster, pandemic, government action, strike, network/energy outage, logistics failure, conflict, etc.).
14. Pricing & availability errors
Despite our care, errors (price, descriptions, availability) may occur. Where a manifest error is detected after ordering, we will contact you to confirm at the correct price, offer an alternative or cancel with a full refund.
15. Changes to the T&Cs
We may update these T&Cs at any time. The new terms apply to orders placed after they are published online.
