Summary

1. Acceptance & access to the Site

By accessing randmbelgium.com (the “Site”) operated by RANDM BELGIUM LTD, you unconditionally agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Access may be temporarily suspended or limited (maintenance, updates, technical incidents). We strive to provide a reliable and secure service.

2. Account & security

  • Accuracy: you warrant that account and order information is accurate and up to date.
  • Confidentiality: you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all actions performed via your account.
  • Notice: notify us promptly of any unauthorised use or suspected compromise.
  • Closure: we may suspend/close an account in case of fraud, age-rule violations or breach of local laws.

3. Permitted / prohibited use

  • Prohibited: hacking, unauthorised intrusion attempts, unapproved scanning or testing, overloading (DoS), large-scale scraping, unauthorised bots, or feature misuse.
  • Do not use the Site for any unlawful activity or in breach of applicable regulations (TPD/TRPR, local rules, legal age).
  • You may not resell or redistribute Site content without prior written permission.
  • No circumvention: using proxies, VPNs or any geo-spoofing technique to bypass our geo/compliance/age filters is prohibited.

4. Site content & intellectual property

All content (texts, visuals, logos, files) is protected by intellectual property rights. Any reproduction, modification, distribution or unauthorised use is prohibited without our written consent.

5. Reviews, comments & user content

When you submit a review/comment, you grant RANDM BELGIUM LTD a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce and adapt it for presentation on the Site. We may moderate or remove any content that breaches the law or these Terms.

6. Regulated products, legal age & verification

Our products are not intended for minors. Purchases may be subject to age verification at checkout and/or delivery. The Site hides items not permitted for the destination country and applies the local legal age (generally 18).

Local compliance: we reserve the right to cancel any order that does not comply with the laws/regulations of the destination country (e.g., nicotine, flavours, volumes, disposable devices) and/or legal-age rules, with a refund according to our policies and minus any costs incurred where applicable.

The Site may link to third-party sites/services (payments, parcel tracking, social networks). We have no control over them and disclaim responsibility for their content, security or privacy practices.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, RANDM BELGIUM LTD will not be liable for indirect, consequential or unforeseeable damages arising from use of the Site. Nothing excludes liability where prohibited by law (e.g., fraud, wilful misconduct, mandatory provisions).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify RANDM BELGIUM LTD against claims arising from unlawful use of the Site, breach of these Terms or infringement of third-party rights.

Data handling is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

12. Governing law & jurisdiction

Given our operations from Belgium, these Terms are governed by Belgian law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of the user’s country of residence where applicable. Non-exclusive jurisdiction of Belgian courts.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be signposted on the Site. The update date appears at the top of this page.
